I am a Royal Marine Commando in the British forces. I wear custom orthotics for overpronation and i am hyper mobile so have very flexible feet etc. I am 2m/6'6" tall and weigh about 100Kg/220Lb. What is the best type of trainer/running shoe for use with orthotics.
The best answer i have had to date is that there are two schools of thought but i havent been given the best options.
Any expert advice would be a huge help...
