i have terrible pain beginning at the ball of my big toe, and running down about 1/2 of my arch in my foot. it doesn't seem to 'fit' into anything i've seen on here. what could it be? i am looking for a foot dr in the area on monday, as the pain is getting pretty bad. i've tried heat and rolling a ball on the arch to stretch it out but that only seems to cause more pain. i finally tried ice, and that has helped. any ideas? |
