Approx. 10 years ago, I had some corrective surgery for a hammer toe of my R. 2nd toe. The surgeon fused the last 2 joints of this toe during surgery. I wore a pin down through the middle of this toe that extended out the end & a wooden surgical shoe for 6 weeks post-op. This toe has since not only rotated laterally, but is also beginning to cross slightly over the 3rd toe. Also it is now forming a callous on the medial aspect of the underside. What can be down now? |
