I have dry heels that I should be taking better care of. Yesterday I was walking bearfoot(which I never do)and as I walked off the edge of a rug onto a hard floor, the under part of my heel split from side to side. (aprx 3"-4") It is now very sore to walk on but manageable. Will this heal on it's own? How should I take care of it? Thanks. |
