 Subject: granuloma on heel

I have been diagnosed with a granuloma on my heel. It is very painful and I would like to know the usual treatment. I had a biopsy (benign), was first treated for a plantar wart, and then had some silver nitrate put on it (it did not turn black). The granuloma has gotten bigger, and is about the size of a dime, all red and as I said VERY painful.

HELP.
