Since about a month ago, I have suffered from burning feet, mainly at night when I try to sleep. Until 4 days ago, I have dealt with it by having a pedestal fan directly on my feet of a night. But over the past few days, even that hasn't helped. It is now that bad that they burn throughout the day and worse at night to the extent that I can't sleep. I have tried putting an Ice gel on them which is the opposite of Deep Heat, but that has no effect at all.
I have read alot of the posts about burning feet and was wondering if someone else has tried other creams that have worked? My doctor hasn't been able to give me an answer other than to have blood tests and come back in a fortnight, but I cant last that long without sleep and am desperate for any suggestions.
