From what I have read online I need to try some arch supports.I have burning and pain at the arch of both feet and the pain is starting to get worse.I had tried arch supports before and it was before this pain started,it was due to pain on the outer edge of my heel,but the arche supports hurt so I went and bought different tennis shoes and they were great the heel pain was much better but now a few months later my arches are really burning and are painful.When I sit down they trob even more with pain and burn. What should I do? |
