Hi there,
In 1980 I had an amputation of the 'ball' of my left foot taking the the big toe and the 2 toes beside the big toe. I am currently experiencing intense pain under the remaining forefoot of the left foot. This only occurs after a demanding game of squash racquets. Squash is a passion for me and I would dearly love to continue playing at my optimum level if possible.
I've tried many types of shoes and inserts without improvement.
Another self treatment I've tried is grinding down the skin callus that forms in the pressure area, but this hasn't worked iether.
I've played squash for 30 years without any foot problems and would dearly love to continue.
Are there any other forms of treatment I could try?

Many thanks
