Yeah, I sometimes hit the "Post" button more than once, too, when it seems like it's not doing anything. Hmmmmm, maybe I didn't press the clicker hard enough???
I had a feeling that it wasn't The Stepdeck (David Nuuhiwa Lightweight). Your board sounds like one of the "stock" boards (not a model) of that period, 1967.
