It sounds as if you may have a chronic dermatologist condition in which the outer dead layer of the skin is created in excess. In addition, from your description, it seems that excessive sweating and subsequent maceration of tissues may be a factor. This maceration is frequently accompanied by the appearance of multiple tiny pin-hole craters in the hyperkeratotic skin.
I would recommend you see a dermatologist for treatment and management if not cure. As you acknowledge, the "bathroom surgery" you have been employing is dangerous, and even this sort of care should be left to professionals. |
