I had bunion durgery with two pins. The pins have begun to move(my system is rejecting them) so now I have to have them surgically removed. No big deal, I had ZERO pain from the surgery and I don't anticipate any pain from this step. It was unexpected but so what? It will be a minor inconvenience at best...Anyone who is in the process of having the surgery....go for it...if you follow your docs instructions your recovery will be a piece of cake...Really.
