Dear Liz (or if you prefer, "sexcwench," as per your email ID),

You clearly demonstrate unreasonable expectations regarding what might rationally be obtained from an Internet medical forum, especially when offering so few specifics and details. It would be reasonable to assume that you inflicted some sort of trauma on your foot by trampolining, as you have reported that the pain started when you began doing that. Therefore, the first thing to do would be to STOP doing that, and to protect the foot from further stresses and injury. The second thing to do would be to see an appropriate doctor, I would recommend a podiatrist, who might diagnose and treat the problem based on a hands-on examination . . . that is if he isn't blinded by your overwhelming sex-c-wench-ness.
