Forums such as this are not appropriate venues for obtaining reliable diagnoses on which one might then institute treatment. But one of the many thing which may be roughly consistent with your description is a ganglionic cyst, though this is merely a guess, and nothing on which you can or should rely or hang your hat. Bumps and masses, in particular, MUST be evaluated by hands-on examination, and I would suggest that certainly a condition which has bothered you for apparently 6 months or so should have long-ago been seen by a doctor.
