In the last couple of days i have noticed large bruises on the bottom of both feet, right in the middle of both feet from the pads to the heels. They dont hurt when pressed on but they ache. At work I stand and walk all day but have insoles for my shoes with arch and heel support and have floor mats to stand on. Also the bruising is starting to spread up to my arch and to my ankle. Just wondering if its any cause for concern or if its just from standing all day?
