I will leave it up to you to determine whether your shoe or your hat or your belt is too tight. I don't think that needs professional input. But limiting ones discussion of a painful problem of the foot or anywhere else in the body with simply voicing a location of the pain is not helpful, even if forums such as this might be appropriate for diagnoses, which they are not. So, what you should do is see a podiatrist for an evaluation and diagnosis, and see if effective treatment can be forthcoming. Once a definitive diagnosis has been made, I will be happy to attempt to discuss general fact often related to such a condition and the range of and pros and cons of treatment protocols available, but without specifically advising what might be appropriate for your specific situation, as only the examining doctor should attempt that. |
