Hi,
I am in my early 20's, about 5 ft tall, 96 lbs. I generally have ice cold feet. A lot of the time I have an aching pain in my legs. This is not a muscle pain, pain killers such as tylenol do not help. The last few years I notice when I am standing or sitting while putting any sort of pressure on my feet...like while working at the computer or on my feet at work my feet swell, and turn a reddish purple colour. I have low blood pressure and I think I eat pretty decently. I have mentioned these problems to my family M.D. in the past, he tells me to exercise more. I do feel slightly better when I exercise but, this in turn makes my feet swell...it is a vicious cycle. I would appreciate some insight/advice.
