dear dr.,
on the left side of my left foot, just left of center i have a fluid filled area which seems to have multiple small growths. it doesn't hurt to touch it, and it is somewhat soft and feels fluid filled. it hurts to bear weight. it seems to feel better when i wear shoes.
i run about 6 miles, indoors, 3-4 times a week. i am 34 years old. there was no specific injury that i can think of. It has been bothering me for about 3-4 days.
Please guide me to either alleviate the pain myself, or direct me to either and MD or podiatrist? |
