Hi
I agree with Bernie Secoura, when the corn keeps coming back and your have pain with shoe wear then surgery is the best option. This is usally done in the office, whereby you can walk the very same day. Healing time depends on the method of surgery ie Miminial incision vs open surgery. Very important to have an x-ray with your shoe on and off to determine exactly the boney deformity causing your painful chronic corn. Sucess is high and down time is very short.
