I hope someone can provide some insight please. I was doing some extensive weed pulling a few weeks ago and thought I had been bitten by an insect. Sharp pain on the ball of my right foor. Later that day, it felt tingly and then the tingling started to travel down the side of my foot and then the heel. This continued and the tingling seemed to just travel to various parts of my foot. About a week or so later, the tingling started in my left foot. There is no pain, swelling or anything else. It bothers me more walking bare foot. When I wear higher heels, it bothers me less. Sometimes it feels like bumps are on my soles and other times, it just tingles, but it tingles all the time now and I'm worried I pinched a nerve or something more serious is happening. Any advise is most appreciated. |
