You probably can't go too far wrong with some cold, strapping or over the counter anti - inflammatory gel(assuming you have no underlying condition that means you shouldn't use anti-inflem gels) as a start, but really, when it is so severe i would not muck around and would head straight to a professional - they can assess whether it is bony/soft tissue involvement and what structures - what the diagnosis is could change the treatment dramatically of course so i would not delay in seeking professional advice.
Have a think about what has changed with your feet in recent days/just prior to the pain starting as they will probably ask these types of questions - any traumatic injury? (fall, sprain, jumping off something/high impact to the foot), increased activity recently-new activity or sudden increase in training/sport/activity level? history or arthritis, diabetes or other systemic conditions that may be relevant? footwear history? - recent changes in shoes? Good luck!!
