And again, I wanted to add something. I was doing some research and found something that said one cause of heel pain in feet that roll inwards. While I was taking a ballet class a year ago, my teacher commented that my feet "roll in." She also said this could cause some injuries to my foot, but she didn't say heel pain (and as far as I know, my foot pain isn't an injury, it's just a pain). This is just a suggestion, but I would like to know if anyone has other opinions or agrees that my feet "rolling in" could cause pain in my heels like I described before. |
