I have just been passed a copy of a letter from the Charity Commission for England & Wales about Mr Hancock.

An extract from the letter is as follows;

' The trustees (David Lewis Organisation, Cheshire) informed us in 1997 that Mr Hancock had resigned on the basis that he had failed to declare conflicts of interest.'

We and others have on record what the c of i was.
