No pain, but during last massage, therapist found a lump in arch of left foot. It is slightly painful when pressure is applied but during walk or running nothing. Lump is approx 1 in by 1/2 in (guess by feel). It reminds me of a ganglieon cyst I had on my hand several years ago. Any thoughts or suggestions? I am male, 57 and run 20+ miles per week training for another marathon in Feb.
