Thank you for your email asking for information on the town partnership and the Human Rights case being brought against the UK Government representing Guernsey. I reply to you on this web forum as I know my IP address will not be given out, thereby protecting my name as a whistle blower.

The said documents on the town partnership are with an English news paper. It makes interesting reading in light of the Caribbean Island that have had direct rule placed on it over local government corruption concerning crown land.

I believe the land in front of the Tourist board office is Crown property about to be developed by companies with Deputies involved as shareholders and directors.
The documents will be made available to you the day before the UK editions hit the street.

As far as the facts and occurrences with Human Rights case is concerned this cannot be made public yet but there is nothing stopping you from investigating one file.

Who knows you might come up with an exclusive!

Investigate the use of psychoanalyse (regression therapy) or being hypnotised and slowly taken back to childhood to see where the man had taken the wrong path in life, this was carried out on volunteer prisoners at Les Nichals,in direct violation of the Human Rights act which the States have signed up to.

There are many other Human Rights abuses by the States of Guernsey which the UK Government is to be held responsible for which have taken place in the past and is still being perpetrated by States departments.
