I hardly think you got Achilles tendonitis because of your shoes. But if your diagnosis was made by a qualified doctor, then consult him/her as to what you might do on your own without a professional physical therapist. At any rate, offering a prognosis and/or prescribing specific PT without first hand knowledge of your condition would not only be unprofessional, but potentially dangerous. |
